I really wish that those trying to stab Tony Blair in the back should lay off. He’s said he’s going to go after all. Just remember why you got your seats in the first place and that Tony led us to three successive general election wins, something we never dreamed was possible. Let him go with the dignity he deserves. Let’s show the world that we (The Labour Party) are different from the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats who have had no loyalty to their leaders.
There is a petition which has been set up online which you can sign, not for Tony Blair to stay, but to let him decide to go in a dignified way, which I think is not too far away.
